H&R sport springs will lower your vehicle approximately 1.2″ in the front and 1.0″ in the rear while still providing excellent ride quality and improved handling through a lower center of gravity and reduced body roll. The sport springs are a progressive spring which means there is a variable spring rate through the spring’s compression range. A lowered ride height reduces fender well gap improving the look and style of your vehicle.
Actual lowering amount may vary depending on model and engine. Including models with PASM (Porsche Active Suspension Management).
Performance coil springs must be used with Bilstein Sport or Koni STR.T or Sport struts and shocks. Use with factory struts and shocks will cause damage to the strut/shock and severely reduce ride quality.
H&R’s manufacturing philosophy is to the best suspension products, using only the highest grade materials. This philosophy has made H&R an industry leader in high performance, quality suspension components. On the street and the track, H&R has become synonymous with consistent, proven suspension performance and quality.
In the late 1970’s, Werner Heine and Heinz Remmen saw the need for improved suspension on the street. Each having years of professional and personal automotive experience and suspension expertise to design, manufacture, and produce high quality springs, allowing vehicles to achieve what they saw as a “correct” vehicle stance.
Over the years, H&R has developed a diverse line of products and suspension applications for the street. H&R now produces four different spring product lines, six different coil over product lines, two different Cup Kit product lines, a sway bar program, the largest wheel spacer and adapter program in the industry, along with camber adjustment bolts, a lightweight line of I.D. Race Springs, and the ever popular Quick-Safe Wheel Bolt Stud conversions.
